By booking any course or event with Scent and Track UK, you must read and agree to the terms outlined in the following Booking Disclaimer.
I understand that participation in a dog training or dog sports session may pose some risk to myself, members of my family, my guests, and my dog/s and expressly assume the risk of any damage or injury (to myself, my dog(s), and/or any minors attending a dog training or dog sports session with me) incurred as a result of a dog training or dog sports session conducted by or on behalf of Scent and Track UK.
To minimize all risks, I agree to disclose to the trainer any danger or sensitivities my dog(s) may present. I will immediately inform the trainer of any situations that may provoke aggression in my dog/s and be responsible for avoiding those situations.
Many of our venues are in rural and agricultural areas, and livestock including sheep, cows, and horses may be in the vicinity. By law, dogs MUST be under control around livestock. I will immediately inform the trainer of any situations where my dog(s) may pose a threat to livestock. If my dog(s) are judged to be a threat to any livestock, I understand my participation may be limited or refused.
In consideration of my participation in a dog training or dog sports session/s conducted by or on behalf of Scent and Track UK, myself and any minors attending the dog training session/s with me, waive, release, and agree to hold harmless Scent and Track UK and any and all of its trainers and volunteers from any and all causes of actions, claims, demands, losses, injuries, and damages of any kind which may be sustained by me or my dog(s) in connection with the dog training or dog sports session.
I understand that I shall be responsible for and indemnify and hold harmless Scent and Track UK and its trainers, volunteers and representatives from and against all claims, damages, costs and liabilities in respect of any loss, damage or personal injury sustained by me or any third party which is directly or indirectly caused by my dog or to my dog following participation in a dog training or dog sports session/s with Scent and Track UK.
