Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all courses, events, assessments, and/or training booked through scentandtrack.co.uk only.

Cancellations made more than four (4) weeks prior to the advertised course date will receive a full refund.

If an event or course is cancelled or rearranged by Scent and Track UK due to unforeseen circumstances, course attendees already booked on the course will be given the choice of an alternative date or a full refund. Scent and Track UK will endeavour to give as much notice as possible in the case of cancellations or rearranged dates.

Refunds

If we issue a refund, we will send you an email to notify you.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The specifics of this time may depend on your credit card or bank.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
