Our Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all courses, events, assessments, and/or training booked through scentandtrack.co.uk only, and is part of the Booking Disclaimer. By proceeding through booking and payment for any course or event with Scent and Track UK, we understand that you have read and agreed to the outlined Booking Disclaimer and Cancellations and Refund Policy.
Cancellations made by the course attendee more than four (4) weeks prior to the advertised event or course start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made by the course attendee within four (4) weeks of the start date are not entitled to any refund.
If a single-day or multi-day event or course is cancelled and/or rearranged in entirety by Scent and Track UK due to unforeseen circumstances, course attendees already booked on the course will be given the choice of an alternative date(s) or a full refund. If a section of a multi-day event or course is unable to be held on the originally advertised date(s) for any reason, Scent and Track UK will offer course attendees an alternative date(s) or partial refund.
Scent and Track UK will endeavour to give as much notice as possible in the case of cancellations or rearranged dates.
Refunds
If we issue a refund, we will send you an email to notify you.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The specifics of this time may depend on your credit card or bank.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
