Are you a dog trainer or canine professional using tracking or trailing in your day-to-day work with clients? Have you completed our TrackStars Instructor course (or training with another organisation) and would like to gain additional CPD?
Teaching Tracking Skills is focused on providing information, guidance, and insight on teaching tracking to your clients. We’ll discuss different options available when teaching owners and dogs from various training backgrounds and levels of experience, as well as looking at variations of presenting information and advice.
You will have opportunity to work your own dog during this workshop.
Teaching Tracking Skills is lead by experienced, knowledgeable trainers, Claire (international IGP competitor, Lost Dog Tracking consultant, and sports tracking expert) and Jemma (head instructor of our TrackStar tracking and trailing scheme).
